Specific Use Permit
When various entities such as businesses, a day care, private schools, game rooms, bars, etc. are trying to get into a certain location, but the property is not Zoned to allow that business according to zoning - it requires a Specific Use Permit. It must go through the Zoning Process and approved by the municipality.
A specific use permit survey is required by cities to determine if the new use is suitable for the proposed site or not.
