Acreage Boundary Survey
The same requirements in the Category 1A Survey are applied in an acreage boundary survey, regardless of size. It is important that the Surveyor is knowledgeable about Dignity of Calls, Junior and Senior Rights, special flood hazard areas, and being diligent in locating visible and record easements, locating fencing, creeks, roadways, waterways, etc. along the perimeter and interior of the subject property.
